STYLE STORY: FALL IKAT + $300 KATE SPADE GIVEAWAY

I have officially fallen in love with Fall all over again! Probably because we actually have had Fall weather longer than a day this year. But also because I spent this past weekend in New Jersey and it was Fall perfection! I think my favorite part is being surrounded by a glorious landscape of trees dressed in a red, orange & yellow color palette while driving on the highway. It's magical!

Most couples who have gotten married this season have been so lucky weather-wise. I went to a wedding for a dear childhood friend a couple weeks ago & it was so perfect for an outdoor wedding!

For this wedding, I opted for a black & white Cynthia Rowley ikat printed maxi dress that I score for a sweet deal at T.J.Maxx a couple years ago. I felt it needed some extra color so I added a bold statement necklace. If it was chillier out, I would've added a light cardigan like this J.Crew one that's a staple in my own closet (I have it in 3 colors!). The reception location was amazing & made the perfect backdrop to capture this look.
