STYLE STORY: TRES BIEN

Sorry friends for the crickets lately. Life has been hectic the past four months, but I'm feeling well rested after a couple weeks of much-needed vacation time. 

Thankfully, I've also had time to reflect on life. Although it's been tiring with long work days along with many other responsibilities, there isn't much I can complain about.

I was catching up with an old friend recently and we were reminiscing about our experiences in Africa. It was refreshing to relive those sweet memories and the many lessons I learned from my family and friends there. When I remember the easy-smiles & laughter of the children I met in the poorest areas, I'm reminded to live a life of thankfulness.  

So what can I say about life these days? It's 'très bien'.
