ROMPING AROUND MAUI

Friends, it has been absolute paradise in Maui.

Anyone else find it hard to just sit and rest? I certainly do as my mind is constantly running at a million miles per hour even if I'm just sitting.

But Hawaii does something to me. There's something about the quietness, the beauty, and/or the nature that quiets my soul. All around me I see the majestic mountains and the endless ocean. Most likely its the vastness of all of the above that forces me to soak it all in. I've been in awe of my entire experience here.

Sadly, we missed our first day in Maui due to flight issues and weather, so once we got here, we rushed to the nearest beach, Big Beach, to start it all off. I'm not one to enjoy laying out on a beach. My sights were set on the water. Most were boogie boarding around me because the waves were crazy. Safe to say, I got owned by the waves the moment I walked in the water. But I still loved every moment of being tossed in the water.

Beachwear is always fun to pack. Being more modest, I have to have swimsuit coverups when I'm not by the water. Rompers have been my favorite go-to beach coverups. And they're the easiest outfit to wear, pack and plan for vacation since it's one piece.
